RICIGS Past President Shay Elliott Passes Away

Shay held the office of president several different terms for RICIGS, serving recently two years ago.  He was a true friend, valuable leader, and contributor to our organization. He served on the RICIGS board for many years. Shay helped organize the Quad Cities Annual Genealogy Conference for many years and was leader of the mailing committee.
