Delmar Moore, of Rock Island, IL, was a longtime active member of RICIGS. He passed away Sunday, August 7, at his home.
Delmar was a RICIGS member for 45 years. He served as historian for the Society, and put together many scrapbooks documenting the events and history of our Society.
