The cemetery is located on Rock Island Arsenal Island, a military installation. A picture ID is required to gain access.
Enter at the Moline Gate. The cemetery is located on the south side of Rodman Ave just past the guard shack
The cemetery is managed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration.
