RICIGS Membership
You will be joining a group that will assist you in researching, collecting, preserving, and publishing your family’s genealogy and history. The monthly meetings are always interesting and educational. Check the calendar to see the programs for the year.
For your research, RICIGS maintains a collection of books and genealogical materials. The RICIGS Library Collection is housed at the Rock Island County Historical Society Library. We also welcome contributions to the collection.
RICIGS has created a ‘Members Only’ area on the website. This area contains content available only to paid members. You get unlimited access to free membership content in the Members-Only area. This section includes speaker handouts, the RICIGS Learning Series, meeting minutes, 45 years of past Society quarterlies, and content related to Rock Island County vital records, cemetery records, newspaper abstracts, court records, and county histories. Every year, we continually add new materials/content for our members.

How to Join or Renew Membership
Membership is open to anyone interested in advancing RICIGS’ objectives. A single annual membership costs only $20. Joining is simple – click on the link below to join or renew your membership right now.
